Order Processing

Garden Built processes orders on business days, Monday through Friday.

• Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM Mountain Time (MT)
• Processing Time: 1–4 business days

Orders placed before 5:00 PM MT may begin processing on the same business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM MT, on weekends, or on applicable holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Processing time is separate from shipping and transit time.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery estimates are calculated in business days unless otherwise stated.

United States

• Processing Time: 1–4 business days
• Estimated Transit Time: 4–10 business days
• Estimated Total Delivery Time: 5–14 business days

International

• Processing Time: 1–4 business days
  Estimated Transit Time: 4–15 business days
  Estimated Total Delivery Time: 5–19 business days

These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery times may vary due to circumstances including:

• Customs processing
• Weather conditions

• Remote delivery locations
• Incorrect or incomplete customer address information
• Other circumstances outside Garden Built’s reasonable control

Where Orders Ship From

Garden Built uses a distributed third-party fulfillment model. Depending on product availability, inventory location, customer delivery address, shipping efficiency, and fulfillment partner availability, orders may ship from fulfillment locations in the United States or internationally. Garden Built does not guarantee that every order will ship from the United States. Products may be shipped directly to customers from one of our fulfillment partners.

Shipping Carriers

The carrier used for an order may vary depending on the fulfillment origin, destination, product availability, and available shipping services. For orders within the United States, carriers may include:

• Other qualified domestic or last-mile carriers

For international orders, carriers may include:

Garden Built does not guarantee that a particular carrier will be used unless a specific carrier is explicitly stated for the applicable order.

Shipping Costs

Once your order has shipped and tracking information becomes available, Garden Built will send a shipping confirmation containing the relevant tracking details. You may also track eligible orders at: https://funnypajamas.store/track-your-order/

Tracking information may take additional time to update after a package has been handed over to the carrier.

Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple products may be fulfilled from different locations. As a result, items from the same order may:

• Ship from different fulfillment centers
• Ship at different times
• Arrive in separate packages
• Have separate tracking numbers

Receiving one package before another does not necessarily mean that part of your order is missing. Please review the tracking information associated with each shipment when available.

International Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to:

• Other charges imposed by the destination country

Any customs duties, taxes, or import-related charges that are not collected during checkout may be the responsibility of the customer, subject to applicable law.

Garden Built does not control customs processing times or charges imposed by foreign governments or local authorities.

Customs processing may also affect the estimated delivery timeframe.
